Trace partnered with Envoy to refresh their  brand strategy and website in order to reposition themselves as the leading authority in mineral supplementation.

Our team translated the refreshed strategy and identity into an elevated digital experience that showcases the product range while putting science and education front and center.

We streamlined product discovery through simplified categorization, improved information architecture, and a refined navigation hierarchy. Science-backed education was woven into key touch points across the site to build trust, clarify benefits and efficacy, and guide users toward confident, informed purchase decisions.

Art Direction

To visually bridge the gap between the digital experience and the natural origins of trace minerals, we incorporated organic textures and fluid motion inspired by Trace’s flagship product, ConcenTrace, which is consumed through water. This art direction connected the site to the product experience while reinforcing the brand’s deep connection to nature.
